A LEGENDARY VEGAN BANANA BREAD!

Got extra super ripe bananas? Get ready to enjoy this easy, quick and tasty sweet bread!

INGREDIENTS
2 over ripe bananas
1/2 organic sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
FOR WATERFALL CHOCOLATE
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup oat milk (or any vegan milk of your choice)
Instructions
Mix bananas with sugar, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder and backing soda. Add vegetable oil, then flour and at the end the chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
Place in cupcake tins or in a 9x5 oven pan.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
For the chocolate waterfall:
Place chocolate and milk in a microwavable bowl and microwave 15 to 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Repeat process until chocolate is completely melted and blended with the milk. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of chocolate over the banana bread and spread, letting extra chocolate fall over edges. Place 2 cupcakes on top of each other and dust with powdered sugar.
Tips:
Use parchment paper to easily remove the bread once cooked. Or you can coat the tins and pan with a little olive oil/coconut oil or vegan butter, then dust with flour and remove extra.
Optional, add some walnuts or oatmeal!
