OVER THE STOVE DIRECTIONS:
In a small pot, add mixture & slowly add 1 cup of vegan milk of your choice while whisking. Mix throughly until well incorporated. Place over medium heat stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes. Done! (time may vary depending on milk temperature, cook longer for a thicker texture)
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Want to make this an easier way?? In a small microwavable bowl, add mixture & slowly add 1 cup of vegan milk of your choice while whisking. Mix throughly, microwave 4 minutes checking on it every 1-2 minutes to mix up the pudding.
- Pour it over icecream while hot for a vegan chocolate hot fudge
- Or pour it in cups/molds and keep refrigerated 1 hour (or until cool) for a hot summer cold pudding treat. Coat it with some cocoa powder to give it an extra fancy touch!
- Eat it while hot with cookies, over a brownie, for a cake filling or simply by itself.
Cook less for a softer pudding, cook longer for a thicker pudding. Enjoy!
